Matchboard are an engineering company providing a fast response, subcontract CNC Cutting and routing service from customers own stock or from bought in material. Components can be cut precisely from MDF, MFC, Plywood and Tricoya.

We work with maximum sheet sizes and accept all forms of drawings and sketches including CAD files. Our team are trained extensively in all areas from the CAD operators to the machine operators this will ensure that your projects are produced to tolerance on time and on budget.

If you require flat panels for anything from Bookcases, Kitchen Cabinets, Doors, Cupboards or headboards and you haven't got the capacity or resources for cutting and edging boards in your own premises then please get in touch for a quote.

CNC Routing

Matchboard offer a full range of CNC joinery services using MDF, MFC, Plywood and Tricoya. Our trained operators work to tolerances and are able to machine parts created in CAD software.

Cutting, Shaping, Drilling and Milling.

Panel Cutting

Precision cutting service for MDF, MFC Plywood and Tricoya. We use a computer generated cut list to obtain the best panel yields from full size boards.

Simple straight cuts using computer controlled beam saw.

Edge banding

Matchboard provide straight and curved edge banding services using high quality .4mm to 4.0mm ABS or Paintable edge banding...

Used as a decorative finish and to seal raw material edges.

Available in 100's of colours to match or contrast.

Foil wrapping

We provide a full panel wrapping service using a wide range of plain colours, woodgrain, metallic, patterns and wood effect.

Any sizes up to 3050 x 1220mm vertical or horizontal.

Matching gloss or matt edge banding for exposed edges.

Hard wearing high pressure foils in a range of colour finishes.

Panel Shaping

Matchboard offer a full range of CNC panel shaping and cutting services. We can mass machine flat panel parts to spec using a range of different size and shape router heads.
